cdVet Naturprodukte GmbH was founded in the spring of 1999 with the aim to break new ground in the field of animal health.
Concept
Against the background of many years’ experience in herbalism and knowledge of the effectiveness of old home remedies, the company founder realised that many animal diseases are the result of ‘civilised’ livestock farming, an unbalanced diet and lack of observance of biological relationships.
This insight, coupled with knowledge of modern science, formed the basis for the innovative cdVet product and company concept. By the exclusive use of high-quality ingredients and careful processing of products, animal welfare is effectively supported by the power of nature.
Pioneer
As a pioneer in the field of ‘natural animal health’ cdVet has an all-encompassing concept and a total range of over 500 products for all animal species in the following areas: care products, food supplements, feed, parasite control and repellents, as well as special products.
In order to properly structure its wide range of products, cdVet has been using a new brand concept for some time now. Separate brands have been established under the umbrella brand cdVet, such as ArthroGreen – products for strengthening joints, Fit-Barf – food supplements for dogs on a raw food diet, Singulares – feed materials and supplements, Fit Crock – chemical-free dog food, HustaVet – products for strengthening the airways, insectoVet – insect repellents, EquiGreen – food supplements and care products for horses, casaCare – hygienic and cleaning products for the household, VeaVet – care products for all animals species, and much more.
Consulting Centre
cdVet attaches great importance to animal health, but also to customer service. Its Consulting Centre, consisting of a team of professionally trained staff, is available for questions about animal health, nutrition and care during business hours.
The well-equipped central warehouse ensures prompt delivery of orders. Based on these parameters and a fast growing export market, which extends far beyond the borders of Europe, cdVet has recorded double-digit growth in recent years. Thanks to this sustainable business concept, cdVet was awarded the honorary plaque Premier of ‘Grand Prix of the mid-segment’ in Germany last year.
