Candioli (Italy) purchased Vetpark Products Ltd.

The change of ownership sees Vetark Products Ltd sitting under its new parent company, Candioli Srl, with the vision to follow in the footprints of Vetark’s successes to date and enhance the growth of the business in the U.K and abroad.

Peter Scott, the founder of Vetark, said “We have thoroughly enjoyed taking Vetark from an idea in 1988 to the established business it is today, but it is now time to take life at a slower pace as retirement approaches. I’m extremely pleased to be able to have Candioli driving the business forward to reach new heights with Vetark”. 

The sale, which completed on Wednesday 28th November 2018, will see Vetark continue to operate seamlessly out of its Winchester office under the current name. With the direction and expertise of Candioli, an Italian pharmaceutical company founded in 1882, Vetark look set to cement their strong position as a leader in the animal health market.
