The investment in Diggin’ Your Dog and Super Snouts will help the brands to develop their portfolio and operations.
The takeover, backed by PE firm Alpine Investors, will also allow the manufacturer of CBD supplements, health products and treats to access new growth opportunities for innovation and market expansion within the pet industry.
Both companies will continue to operate under their brand name within Antelope, and Christy Love will continue as its CEO.
“Our latest partnership with Diggin’ Your Dog and Super Snouts further supports our goal of becoming a one-stop shop full of the best-in-class products and services for pet owner,” claimed Antelope Founder and CEO Wendy Wen.
Antelope is expected to bring in its expertise in omnichannel marketing to build new teams and create a scalable infrastructure for the pet CBD company.
Founded in 2011 in Nevada, Diggin’ Your Dog and Super Snouts are among the market leaders in the CBD pet product and supplement market. They currently have product five lines that are chemical-free.
No further financial details of the operation were disclosed.
