The Vafo Praha Group, which owned Pavel Bouška, announced another acquisition.
They bought the Polish company Carry Pet Food, which focuses on the production of chewing treats, especially for dogs. The company, with about a hundred employees, is based near the Baltic Sea.
“We see an opportunity in the rapid development of this company, which is already the largest in Europe in chewing treats. They are usually imported from Asia. At the same time, we know how to triple its production. With this acquisition, we also managed to create an entire production chain of a complete range of food for dogs and cats, “said Pavel Bouška for the Business News List.
To the “dry” granules and “wet” canned food, it thus adds pressed delicacies. Today the Vafo Group manufactures in eight factories in Europe, sells in 70 countries around the world.
