A new focus for the second most important European pet trade show.
A record-breaking edition
From 11 to 14 May 2017, the pet industry will gather in Bologna, Italy, for the 2017 edition of the Zoomark International trade exhibition. This promises to be a record-breaking event, topping the size and success of Zoomark 2015 and with an even higher percentage of international exhibitors.
Since the first show in 1985, Zoomark International has quickly become a reliable point of reference for the Italian, European and global pet industries. The event is a powerful networking platform that allows exhibitors to unveil their latest products, upgrade professionally, meet international top players, promote their businesses and develop new partnerships in Italy and worldwide.
A new look and international promotion
Zoomark 2017 will be the 17th edition of the show and will bring interesting innovations. First of all, exhibition organizer BolognaFiere has chosen a new graphic image to communicate the event.
“The new Zoomark look perfectly encapsulates the evolution of this important show,” says Antonio Bruzzone, Managing Director of BolognaFiere. BolognaFiere is also promoting Zoomark internationally by participating in leading trade fairs around the world such as Global Pet Expo, and the China International Pet Show. Moreover, the American Department of Commerce has awarded ‘Trade Fair Certification’ to the 2017 Zoomark event. This prestigious certification will encourage new exhibitors from the United States and places Zoomark in a circuit of high-quality international events.
New for the 2017 edition of the fair is the ‘Aqua Project’ area dedicated to the aquarium industry. The area will showcase aquaria of all kinds, with a focus on technology and design, from the minimal to the spectacular. It will feature a series of tanks displaying the latest in ‘aquascaping’, the art of creating striking, highly atmospheric aquarium landscapes. There will also be workshops and demonstrations, conferences and specialized seminars on the aquarium industry with Italian and foreign experts, and a contest to find the retailer with the best aquarium.
