The US pet supplements brand that was founded in 2015 will be fully owned by the health and nutrition company headquartered in Hong Kong.
Zesty group has been growing fast in the US, with a CAGR of 62%+ in the past 2 years. The brand sells its products on Amazon, Chewy, PetSmart and Target.
