Carne’s Doggi will join the European natural pet food provider's portfolio as their 9th pet food brand.
In an effort to become a market leader in raw/BARF and natural treats in Europe, Carne’s Doggi is the fifth acquisition that Voff has done since its launch in 2014.
Mårten Bernow, CEO of Voff Premium Pet Food says, “We are really excited about this addition to the Voff family. Carne’s Doggi and its brand BARFGOLD is growing with double digits, has a strong brand and a sterling reputation in its sector – it will be a great addition to our team and portfolio of brands as we continue to expand across Europe.”
Carnes Doggi is a German fast-growing producer and seller of frozen dog food and natural treats mainly focused on its domestic German market.
According to Bernow, the German company does €14 million in revenue, with solid profitability.
Voff’s LTM revenue now totals €60 million, with a team of around 200 employees.
