The European natural premium pet food provider wants to expand its premium portfolio in the Nordic countries.
The company said that their portfolio complements the existing one of the Finnish manufacturer of natural chews and treats sold under the brand RAUH! since 2013.
“This acquisition broadens Voff’s product portfolio with a new product category and a brand with a strong presence in the Nordics. It further marks a milestone in Voff’s mission to provide pet owners with the very best natural, premium products to enable their pets to be happy and healthy,” said CEO of Voff Premium Pet Food Mårten Bernow.
This is the seventh takeover that Voff performed since its launch in 2014, and the second in Finland.
Founded in 2014 in Sweden, Voff is a leading European producer of natural premium pet food. The company has eight brands sold across various channels, online and offline.
