The American online behavioral pet care company has seen rapid growth since its launch last April. This surge was largely due to a 20% month-on-month increase in its veterinary partnerships.
“Our growth has been driven by word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied veterinary partners, as well as proactive direct outreach to clinics across the United States,” explains Co-Founder and CEO Brandy Kuentzel.
By the end of 2025, Ease Pet Vet plans to establish its presence across all 50 US states. The company also aims to become the leading resource for veterinary behavior care by expanding its services to address additional fears and types of aggression in pets later this year.
“We’re committed to deepening our reach in existing markets while increasing referral volumes from clinics,” says Kuentzel.
Business model
Ease’s services are designed to reduce pet care wait times by providing access to board-certified veterinary behaviorists (DACVBs). The platform offers expert consultations, step-by-step treatment plans, educational videos and personalized email support.
The demand for the solutions they offer for common pet health issues like reactivity, separation anxiety, noise phobias and litterbox problems has also helped drive the company’s footprint.
