The American online pet retailer announced its first 2 metro Atlanta practices in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody earlier this year.
Like the other centers, the new location in Halcyon shopping mall – 50 km from the capital of Georgia, Atlanta – will offer in-person visits 6 days a week, 24/7 virtual health guidance and an online pet portal to access medical records, care plans, etc.
“Our newest location at Halcyon represents our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional, personalized veterinary care throughout the region,” says the President of Chewy Health, Mita Malhotra.
Chewy highlights that over 100 dogs visit Halcyon shopping mall daily – attracted by its green areas, pet-friendly events and patios. The presence of other pet-focused businesses, such as Dogtopia for dog boarding and spa services, Unexpected Pooch and regular pet events, further enhances the location’s appeal.
Last year, the online player announced its goal to open between 4 and 8 new clinics across the U.S. by the end of 2024. However, Chewy did not confirm any additional expansion plans to GlobalPETS.
