The Ukrainian manufacturer earned 17% more in the first 9 months of 2022 driven by the consolidation of national sales.
The producer also increased the production of dog and cat food by 5% from January to September.
“We continue to grow despite challenges and are moving toward victory. During the last 9 months, we strengthened the presence of our brands in export markets while becoming a leader in the Ukrainian market,” said Kormotech’s CEO Rostyslav Vovk.
The company said national sales increased by 36% in the period and highlighted that Ukrainian pet parents are shifting towards buying pet food online.
The company exports to 33 markets and continues its expansion in some strategic markets, such as the US, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, and Moldova.
Kormotech factories across Ukraine are equipped with power generators in case the situation worsens, and its facility in Lithuania works at full capacity.
