Nestlé has announced that its pet food brand Purina has entered into a partnership with Europe’s Independent Vetcare Group International (IVC Group).
The partnership will enable Purina to broaden its expertise in the area of premium pet care solutions by offering innovative pet food solutions and pet care services.
As a part of the partnership, the IVC Group will gain access to Nestlé Purina’s unique product offering to support its cutting-edge veterinary solutions.
Nestlé Purina will also acquire a minority stake in the IVC Group. It is subject to regulatory approval.
IVC Group is one of Europe’s largest veterinary services group with a network of more than 1,100 pet clinics and hospitals across ten countries
