At PAW, compassion for pets and high quality retractable leashes go hand in hand.
“We know that at the end of every one of our retractable leashes is a beloved family member. That’s why we will always strive to offer consumers a high-quality product that they can rely on, walk after walk” – Ulrich Wuebker, president of PAW.
Focused on pets
Retractable leashes provide a physical connection between people and their pets. PAW believes that walking dogs can be enjoyable from both ends of the leash. It is their mission to enhance the time that is spent with pets through products that are durable and easy to use.
PAW has been an integral part of the pet industry for over 30 years. Starting as the only distributor in the US of the flexi retractable leash and establishing the alcott brand nationwide, the company expanded its product offerings in 2014.
Premium brands and partnerships
At the heart of the company is the alcott brand and its assortment of retractable leashes, which have become the preferred brand for many pet specialty retailers. They also manufacture and sell KONG retractable leashes and are a trusted partner of the two largest pet specialty retail chains in the world.
Global presence
Currently, their products are sold in 42 countries worldwide. With headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio (US), they also have offices in Europe in Hamburg (Germany) and in Fuzhou (China) for the Asia Pacific region. In this way, customers around the world can count on exemplary service.
Production facility
In 2017, PAW opened a new production facility in China. The highest quality levels are guaranteed by their team which is in control of the complete production process, including extensive testing and stringent quality controls of all materials used.
Moving forward
This year, PAW brands and products will expand further into global markets, building on the company’s passion for pets and its mission to keep pet parents and their dogs connected. All of the company’s efforts are oriented towards bringing new items designed to promote quality time shared together by man and his best friend.
