The new shops are located in Nashville and Dallas, where the multi-unit operator pet retailer has most of its centers.
US Retail Holdings, which currently operates nearly 50 franchises across the US, signed the purchasing deal.
“We’re honored that our largest multi-unit and now multi-brand operators see the power of scaling both brands and how each offers a unique experience for the neighbors and their pets,” said Chris Rowland, CEO of Pet Supplies Plus and Wag N’ Wash.
According to the company, the new stores will open in the next 4 years.
Rowland added that the company has a “fresh vision” of the growth markets best suited for Wag N’ Wash pet services, acquired by Pet Supplies Plus last February.
US Retail Holdings announced earlier in May the acquisition of new stores in Tennessee and Texas to open within the next 5 years.
