Swedish pet food manufacturer The Nutriment Company has completed the acquisition of raw dog food maker Totally Natural Pet Products (TNPP).
The announcement, which follows the company’s recent rebranding from Voff, aims to consolidate and expand both players’ positions in the natural pet food market.
The Nutriment Company’s CEO Anders Kristiansen says the Scottish pet food manufacturer has been on their radar due to its rapid expansion in the UK. “Their unique free-flow product is something that many of our customers are increasingly requesting, and that was previously missing from our portfolio,” he notes.
“We look forward to working together and to expand opportunities for our team and customers alike,” adds Campbell Kyle and William Stewart, Co-CEOs at TNPP.
TNPP operates out of Glasgow, Scotland, and predominantly sells its raw dog food and natural dog treat products across the UK market.
In 2023, The Nutriment Company acquired pet food producer Energique and natural raw dog and cat food manufacturer Carnibest.
