With the acquisition, Wigglesâ first move forward is to expand its expertise and knowledge in this sector and strengthen its position among pet owners who prioritize their petâs health and well-being.
Founder and CEO Anushka Iyer told GlobalPETS this would ultimately drive innovation in the pet grooming industry and help the company to deliver value in the hygiene and grooming space for pet parents.
Wiggles is also set to expand its product offerings with Capt Zackâs expertise in natural pet grooming products. The Mumbai-based firm offers pet care products across hygiene, food and treats, grooming, beds, and toys for dogs and cats.
360-degree ecosystem
Through the acquisition, Wiggles aims to create a 360-degree pet care ecosystem.

Wiggles, founded in 2018, has raised $6.5 million (â¬5.9M) to date. The company raised $5.5 million (â¬5M) in a funding round in 2021 led by Anthill Ventures.
