Mackle Petfoods are committed to producing only the finest foods for both cats and dogs, meeting and indeed exceeding their needs for a highly nutritional and palatable food. A high level of care and attention is given to the manufacture of these products throughout all stages of its process, from raw material reception to delivery to customers. Mackle Petfoods consists of one production facility and one packing facility producing a wide range of wet cat and dog foods in cans and plastic trays. Our production facility at our Moy site has two dedicated manufacturing units; canning and plastic tray. We have had a recent £2m investment in our CAMA line at Moygashel.

About us
The Mackle family have been creating high quality pet food in County Armagh, Northern Ireland for over 50 years. They have household brands such as Naturo, Brandy, Cat Club, and Jesse in their portfolio. Mackle Petfoods has two facilities, one for production facility and one for packaging. In their production facility, there is a purpose built state-of-the-art plastic tray facility and canning facility. There is also a multi-flavour packaging line, with shrink wrapper and robotic depalletiser. Ensuring they are ahead of innovation. When it come to Private Label, recipes are tailored to suit various market needs, from a value range, through to a super-premium range in a variety of flavours. Mackle Petfoods has products in 14 international markets and pride themselves on creating high-quality pet food. In 2020, Mackle Petfoods announced a multi-million-pound investment into their leading brand, Naturo, and plans for expansion of the Company into even larger markets.
Certificates and Compliance
All products are created and manufactured to strict quality guidelines, with full traceability. Processes are audited externally by BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety, ensuring confidence that our quality systems comply with the best, as demonstrated by our Grade ‘AA’ status. The company works within a Quality Management System that applies the principles of a HACCP-based Food Safety Plan, ensuring that our products are correctly manufactured and consistently safe and nutritious. Mackle Petfoods also complies with all customer and legislative requirements, as well as the guidelines set by FEDIAF.
Sustainability
Naturo Natural Pet Food is made from 100% recycled materials, whilst packaging for raw, freeze-dried treats brand Norsh is fully compostable.
