Today’s pet owner is demanding more from pet food producers. In terms of availability, quality and products that respond to trends in line with their beliefs. How can pet food producers meet these demands? Especially when pet food producers face challenges such as volatile pricing, lack of availability, or regulatory bans on certain ingredients especially when R&D activities are outsourced. Royal Avebe acknowledges these challenges and can solve them. Our portfolio offers: solutions to stabilise the final product, (new) textures, replacing ingredients functioning as gelatine, gums, and SDAP in dry, wet and snacks and treats segment. In the newly built and fully equipped Avebe Innovation Center, application development can be done together with customers tailored to specific needs and wishes.

Royal Avebe processes non-GMO starch potatoes grown by their farmer members into high-quality and functional potato starch and potato protein at plants in the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden. Our own natural breeding company and development of potato varieties ensures healthy seed potatoes and sustainable potato varieties.

The entire supply chain is in-house and guarantees stable quality and availability and fast and on-time deliveries around the world, which is essential in today’s fast-pace society.
