    • Participants are not permitted to distribute commercial items during the forum without permission of the organization.

    • Everyone present at the event must be registered as a (paid) attendee. Booking a booth/table top does NOT give you free entrance to the event.

    • Everyone at the forum must wear a badge provided by the organization.

    • Cancellation of your ticket after December 1st 2023 is non-refundable. However, your ticket is transferable to one of your co-workers without extra fees.

    • In case COVID ruins our plans and we have to cancel the event, you won't have to pay for your ticket. In any case, we'll follow all government guidelines during the forum to keep attendees safe.

    • By filling out this form and registering for the event, you consent to being emailed by us and the partners of this event (sponsors, etc.).

    • GlobalPETS Forum 2024 is organized by Global PETS Community B.V.

    • Global PETS Community B.V. is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, pandemics or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

    By filling out this form, you register yourself as an attendee of the event and will receive an invoice asking for the required payment. Invoices are payable within 30 days after reception to guarantee your reservation. Payment is the only real guarantee of your spot at the forum.
