APPA appoints Savina Singh as new board member
The current CEO of pet manufacturer and distributor JoJo Modern Pets joins the board of directors of the American Pet Products Association.
According to Chuck Latham, chairman of the APPA board, Savina brings “extensive leadership experience” to her new role.
“I am pleased to congratulate Savina on her new role, and we look forward to the expertise and insights she will bring to the association,” he said.
“APPA is instrumental in the pet industry’s growth and strength,” added Latham.
In 2012 She established JoJo Modern Pets, which supplies some of the largest retailers in the US as well as 2,000 independent shops.
This announcement comes after the APPA recently appointed Robert Merar as interim CEO.
