Building on success: Pet Sourcing Fair China 2024 sets the bar for future editions

The first Pet Sourcing Fair China (PSC) 2024 in Guangzhou brought together 300 manufacturers 10,000 trade visitors, setting a new standard for Asian pet industry trade shows.

360-degree view of the industry

With an exhibition area of over 40,000 square meters, PSC showcased the entire pet supply chain.

The event provided a 360-degree view of the pet industry’s ecosystem, from raw materials and processing machinery to finished products, packaging and equipment.

The fair’s focus on sustainability, innovation and cross-border trade made it a must-attend event for professionals looking to stay ahead in a competitive global market.

Global Pet Supply Chain Conference

The Global Pet Supply Chain Conference (PSCC) offered an extensive knowledge hub as part of the event.

This included 2 full days of presentations featuring 7 topic-focused forums covering current international market trends, sustainability, food innovation, cross-border e-commerce and specialized insights into American, European and ASEAN markets.

PSC not only facilitated meaningful partnerships but also fostered an exchange of knowledge to promote healthier and more sustainable growth in the pet industry.

The PSCC was a big hit with the attendees. “This really makes a difference. Knowledge from around the world, from Europe, US, Canada, etc. It’s the cherry on the cake” Said David Amon, CEO of Four Paws Group INC.

Looking ahead: PSC 2025

The 2nd Pet Sourcing Fair China will return to Guangzhou from November 5-7, 2025.

With its now-established reputation as a networking and sourcing platform, PSC invites global pet professionals to attend its event and help shape the future of the pet industry.

Many 2024 attendees already marked the new dates in their calendars. “I’m looking forward to the next fair, seeing how the inspiration from this event will be converted into future editions.” Said Stephan Plass, VP of product development and sourcing (non-food and Asia snacks) at Fressnapf.
