Pet Innovation Awards unveils 2025 winners across pet care categories

Winners range from emerging pet food brands to established names in wellness, grooming and digital care solutions.
The 7th edition of the Pet Innovation Awards has recently announced the 2025 winners, recognizing standout products and services across various categories, including food and treats, apparel, health, grooming, training, litter and accessories.
“Pets are members of the family, just like anybody else – and the numbers show it,” says Travis Grant, Managing Director of the Independent Innovation Awards. “With the humanization of pets, parents are constantly on the lookout for products and services that keep their pets healthy and thriving. From supplements and treats to pet insurance, dog feeders and collars, there’s a growing preference for premium.”
2025 winners
In the Food & Treat category, this year’s honorees were Ollie (Dog Food Product of the Year), Dr. Marty Pets (Dog Food Company of the Year), PawCo Foods (Dog Treat Product of the Year), Tucker’s Raw (Dog Food Frozen/Raw Product of the Year), Lone Wolf Ranch Pets (Dog Food Functional Diet Product of the Year), Natural Balance (Cat Food Innovation of the Year), Ultimate Pet Nutrition (Cat Treat Product of the Year), Holistic Vet Blend (Cat Food Functional Diet Product of the Year), Love, Nala (Cat Food Wet Product of the Year) and Identity Pet Nutrition (Cat Food Frozen/Raw Product of the Year).
The Accessories & Apparel category named Wooliie (Pet Accessory Company of the Year), Gorilla Grip (Feeding Accessories Product of the Year), Good Dog Bad Dawg (Leash Product of the Year) and Tailr (ID & Tag Product of the Year).
In the pet wellness space, winners were Gou Gou Pets (Cat Calming Product of the Year), Pet Honesty (Cat Dental Care Product of the Year), Pet’s Best Life Longevity15™ (Overall Dog Health Product of the Year), Banfield Senior Care Optimum Wellness Plans® (Overall Healthcare Product of the Year) and Agrovet Market Atrevia® 360° (Preventative Pet Care Product of the Year).
Meanwhile, the Grooming & Services segment awarded Tweezerman as Grooming Product of the Year and Vetster as Pet App of the Year, while MetLife Pet Insurance earned top honors in the Insurance category.
