PetDine invests $11.7 million in a second Colorado facility
The private label treats and supplements manufacturer adds 50,000 square feet to its home state production line.
The Colorado-based producer is to build a pre- and post-production supply area to offer quicker and more efficient services to its customers in the Mountain West region.
The new production facility will be adjacent to the company’s recently opened 105,000-square-foot Windsor facility in December 2022.
PetDine said its manufacturing portfolio is expanding to include units in Fort Collins (Colorado) and a newly extended advanced production facility in Harvard (Illinois), offering over 375,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity.
Amy McCarthy, PetDine VP of Pet Nutrition, said: “PetDine’s top priority is supporting the growth and success of our clients in providing the best products for pets.”
The treats and supplements maker opened its first Windsor facility in December 2022. In September 2021, ADM acquired a 75% ownership stake in PetDine.
