Prins Petfoods (The Netherlands) opens unique experience centre
The visitor centre houses the Prins Experience, a tour that starts in the 60’s living room of Prins-founder Dirk Verkade and ends in the Prins brandstore. During the tour, the visitors enter a variety of different rooms. Here, the visitors can, amongst others, see how Prins creates their dog and cat food, how dogs and cats perceive the world and learn more about the senses and organs of these animals.
Interactive
The tour through the visitor centre is interactive. For example, a virtual chef, the ‘kibble chef’ of Prins, explains in the special kitchen room of the Experience how quality dog and cat food is made using the five major food groups. In this way, visitors can discover which ingredients are used by Prins, and why.
Everyone is welcome
In the visitor centre, consumers as well as business target audiences are more than welcome. Animal lovers and professionals can book their ticket for different dates and time slots. The centre, where the photo and film studio and auditorium of Prins are also present, has a surface area of almost 900 square metres and is bilingual: everything is both available in Dutch and English.
