Russia lifted restrictions on the supply of Monge products

An expertise confirmed that Monge pet foods correspond to standards and requirements of the EU, the EAEU and the Russian Federation regarding feed products for non-productive animals.

Valta Pet Products, the distributor of Monge foods on the Russian pet market, announces that deliveries to pet stores will soon recommence. The same applies to supplies of Monge VetSolution diets to veterinary clinics which will be resumed.

RFSVPS had imposed temporary restrictions on supplies of Monge & C. S.p.A foods to the Russian Federation on March 9th, 2019. The original cause of restrictions was the identification of undeclared and unregistered GMO components in Monge products, which are prohibited in Russia.
