Mars has selected Natalia Ball as the new Global Chief Growth Officer for its pet nutrition division, effective 1 April.
Ball will drive marketing, sales and innovation and is also expected to build advanced capabilities in pet owner insights like portfolio strategy and drive superior propositions, breakthrough innovations and retail excellence.
Ikdeep Singh, Mars Pet Nutrition’s Global President, notes Ball’s leadership will be “critical” to growing the company’s brands.
Since 2021, Ball has been the Global Chief Brand Officer & Pet Specialty Retailing VP at French cat and dog food manufacturer and global supplier Royal Canin, a Mars subsidiary.
Natalia Ball has been associated with Mars since 2015 when she joined the multinational as Global Brand Director for Cesar Canine Cuisine. In 2018, she was promoted to Europe Pet Care & Treats Business Unit Head.
Educated at Columbia and Harvard Business School, Ball previously spent nearly 15 years at the consumer goods corporation Procter & Gamble.
