UR Group will include the Italian manufacturer as part of the launch of its franchise retail project PetFARM in 2023.
The takeover of the company from San Benedetto del Tronto was reached 5 years after the launch of an innovative retail concept that combines pet shop and vet corner in a single location.
According to UR Group, FidOVet has “huge but still unexpressed potential on both domestic and international markets.”
“The know-how of the management team, the excellence of the production staff, the loyalty of customers consolidated during the years, and the belief that quality of products will speak for itself, will mark the future history of this new stage of development of FidOVet brand,” said a UR Group spokesperson.
Founder Alessandro Marcucci will lead FidOVet’s R&D strategy, and Marzia Novelli was recently appointed as General Manager.
The PetFARM franchise project offers businesses the opportunity to “considerably” increase their sources of income and customer loyalty by adding pet product references in pharmacies and pet stores.
