Carry Pet Food POLAND

Carry Pet Food POLAND

Carry Pet Food Sp. z o.o. is the only manufacturer in Europe that produces filled bones under private label brands on such a large scale.

New factory in Poland

Carry Pet Food was established in 1992 as part of Weider Hunderkauartikel GmbH in Germany. In order to meet new market demands, the company moved to a new, modern factory in the north of Poland in 2013.The company specialises in high-quality, natural chews made from rawhide, salmon skin and horsehide.

The products are available in different shapes and sizes, tailored to specific dog breeds. The offering comprises chew bones with or without filling, chew sticks, chew rolls and roulades.

Transparency and quality

The company believes in long-term relationships with partners, so it focuses on production transparency and the best product quality. What differentiates Carry Pet Food the most is that it not only offers chews from its basic range, but also designs and manufactures products according to a company’s specifications, with low minimum orders.

Private label chew concepts

Carry Pet Food’s main strategy is to support purchasers of main pet brands in Europe with experience and professionalism. That’s why the company not only provides products, but also develops new formulas, creates chew ranges and helps clients in choosing packaging that stand out on the shelf.

Quality control

All chews are developed in-house and made from the best European rawhides. The components are transported directly to Trzebielino and processed in-house. New samples are always checked by groups of breeders and product novelties are also distributed to pet shops nearby. Features that are always being checked are palatability, nutritional value, size and appearance.

Future plans

Last year, Carry Pet Food established a development team (marketing, sales and nutritional specialists supported by a vet) that is responsible for searching for innovative solutions in the treats and chews category. In autumn it has analysed dog owners needs and made its own shop queries in Polish and German shops. The first results will be presented during Interzoo in Nurnberg.

Managing Director Robert Tchórzko; “We care about the wellbeing of dogs and want to be a responsible manufacturer of chews for dogs. The best tester is Leon, our Polish Lowland Sheepdog, who always gives us an initial opinion on all products leaving the production area.”
