The Chinese pet accessory manufacturer wants to improve efficiency and capacity through its new solar-powered plant.
The Chinese company, headquartered in the Guangdong province, has opened a new 58,000-square-meter state-of-the-art factory in the city of Zhongshan. This marks an upgrade from the former 38,000-square-meter factory.
The construction of the facility has created 350 jobs. It is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including large injection machines and ultraviolet light (UV) treatment equipment to optimize its pet product production process. The factory has also added a notable improvement to its previous operations by integrating all of its workshops into a central shipping platform to provide a streamlined transaction experience and an efficient shipping process.
To push research and development (R&D) capabilities, the plant offers 3D printing technology to improve its product design services.
Improving capacity and efficiency
According to the company, the new plant will “significantly” improve its capacity, efficiency, and employee well-being. “This facility not only boosts the company’s competitiveness but also consolidates its commitment to quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility,” says a company spokesperson.
