Every year, the GlobalPETS Forum award is presented to a company for demonstrating exceptional performance in relation to the topic of that year’s GlobalPETS Forum theme. This year’s topic was: ‘Get into the heart of the consumer’.

Deserved winner

Zolux is a deserved winner of the 2020 Award.
They have shown that they go beyond the traditional approach to customer orientation, even going beyond the traditional social media channels.

They passionately put customers first, taking each and every response from a consumer seriously.

They even integrate pet parents into their R&D process, making use of collaborative marketing.
They see their pet parent consumers as a community, managed by their own community managers.
In several countries they work with pet influencers, to stay connected and gain insights from them too. Collecting data about these pet parents is vital and crucial in the process.

GlobalPETS Forum also turned the spotlight on those participants who were attending the conference for the 10th, 15th or 20th time. During this edition, six
Loyalty Awards were handed out.
