Adisseo announces management changes, CEO to retire
Frédéric Jacquin is appointed as the chief operating officer and deputy president of Adisseo.
French feed additives firm Adisseo has revealed that its CEO of 12 years, Jean-Marc Dublanc, is stepping down mid-year and names Frédéric Jacquin as the new COO and deputy president for all markets. A new CEO will be appointed on 1 July 2023.
After serving the company for 16 years in various roles, Dublanc will retire from his position and provide his expertise to the firm as a non-executive board member.
He took on the role of CEO in 2010 and has been a board member since 2015. Dublanc joined the company in 2006 as the director of innovation, marketing, and sales.
Global operations
Jacquin will take on his new role this month and be responsible for Adisseo’s global operations, business units, sales, and marketing. In November 2022, he was appointed as the company’s transition manager.
Jacquin has an Executive MBA from ESSEC French Business School, a Master in Marketing and Communications from La Sorbonne French University, and Executive Education from INSEAD.
The company recently acquired the animal nutrition company Nor-Feed.
