COLLAR reaches international quality certification amid sales momentum

The Ukraine-based pet products manufacturer has received a quality production certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in a good moment for the company, which sales increased by 30% in 2021.
COLLAR Company now possesses the so-called ISO 9001:2015 certifying that all management and production processes meet international quality standards and regulations. The quality certification was granted in December after receiving an external audit organization that supervised all production processes.
The manufacturer believes that this new international certification, which is valid for 3 years, will increase the company’s level of competitiveness and attract customers and investments.
After this time, a new evaluation and audit of the quality management system are expected to take place.
For CEO Nikolai Sinitsa, this new certificate approved that the company was a reliable supplier of pet products.
Last year was a good one for the company, that increased the sales by 30%, with WAUDOG (+47%) and PULLER (+37%) as some of the best product performances.
In 2021, COLLAR produced 3,2 million pieces of its accessories, fitness tools, toys and clothes, and 9,9 million kg of Supercat wooden cat litter.
The company, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2020, is currently present in 78 countries – including some key markets such as Japan, Canada and New Zealand.
