Emerge acquires the B2B ecommerce platform with $3.7 million in revenue for $25 million.
WholesalePet.com connects over 8,000 independent retail locations with over 400 independent pet vendors, offering over 1 million SKUs.
Founded in 2001, WholesalePet.com has facilitated over US$250 million in GMS over the last 20 years with an average customer tenure of 10 years.
