Kemin names new research leader for its pet food division
Jason Shelton will lead the long-term growth strategies of the Iowa ingredients supplier.
Shelton will be part of Kemin Nutrisurance’s leadership team as Global Vice President of Research and Development for the company’s pet food and rendering technologies business unit.
The company’s President, Kimberly Nelson, said that thanks to his experience in Europe, Asia, and North America, he brings “the global perspective and business savvy needed” to grow its portfolio of products and services.
Before joining Kemin, Jason Shelton spent more than 18 years with Cargill, holding various leadership positions across multiple functions and geographies.
