The group revenue growth differs of course between the retail activities versus the added services such as grooming and the vetrinarian practices.
The UK does has an average pet market growth of 3.9% CAGR (2012-2018). The pet food and accessories categories are slightly below this figures but the grooming and vetrinarian services are outperforming this figure.
They do have a total market share of 19%, outperforming in the accessory segment with a 42% market share.
The growht of turnover and gross marging is caused mainly by customers who are buying in the shop as well as online and/or taking the additional vetrinarian and grooming service.
