Zoetis adds new member to its board of directors
Vanessa Broadhurst, Vice President of Global Corporate Affairs at Johnson & Johnson, is expected to bring “invaluable experience” to the pet health company.
Broadhurst, who is the twelfth addition to the board, will serve on the Quality and Innovation Committee.

She participated in many leadership councils, mainly to enhance the profile of black business leaders. She was named one of the most influential black executives by Savoy Magazine this year. She was also nominated as Healthcare Champion of the Year by the National Association for Female Executives as well as Top Blacks in Healthcare.
Zoetis specializes in vaccines, diagnostics and new technologies for pets across over 100 countries. The company had a revenue of $ 7.8 billion in 2021.
It also recently acquired pet care genetics company Basepaws to upgrade its portfolio in the precision animal health space across genetics and diagnostics data analytics for pets.
