Croci is ready for international expansion after acquisition

The Italian pet accessories company sells 70% of its company to private equity company Mandarin Capital Partners.

Croci started over 30 years ago as a distributor and has evolved into developing and creating a wide range of pet accessories: kennels, leashes, aquariums, games, snacks and hygiene products.

The company has seen significant growth over the last few years and have closed 2021 with a turnover of around €50 million ($56.7M). 35% of its revenue comes from international customers.
