Alexandra Facklamm resigns from WZF management
The board of the Central Association of Zoological Specialists (ZZF) will restructure the ZZF office and its subsidiary, Economic Community of Zoological Specialists (WZF). In the course of this process, in which she is actively involved, Alexandra Facklamm has announced that she will end her work as WZF managing director for personal reasons and become involved in the ZZF and WZF association.
On January 1, 2019, the ZZF board, which is also a WZF advisory board, appointed Alexandra as managing director of the GmbH, for which she had worked for many years.
“With our new management model, we want to meet the increasing complexity of the environment of the pet industry as well as changing member needs and quality requirements”, ZZF President Norbert Holthenrich is quoted in the press release of the association, without however specifying what is planned.
We are currently looking for a management team that bears full responsibility for both the association and its GmbH. Until her appointment, Alexandra Facklamm will continue to run the GmbH’s business, according to the association’s press release.
