BARK appoints new CFO to scale business
Zahir Ibrahim is expected to accelerate the company’s path to profitability.
Ibrahim has nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience across public and private organizations, including scaling high-growth, direct-to-consumer brands.
He is based in New York and will report to BARK’s Co-Founder and CEO Matt Meeker, who believes Zahir will bring “high-talented leadership” to the company.
Prior to joining BARK, Ibrahim served as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of Do Good Foods, a start-up that upcycles leftover grocery food into animal feed. He also served as the CFO of the healthy snacks enterprise, KIND, a Mars subsidiary.
