Chobani launches yogurt for dogs
The ‘Greek yoghurt’ company is branching into the pet industry with its new yoghurt for dogs, starting in Australia.
After ice-cream and puppucinos, Chobani thought it was time for dogs to enjoy another creamy delicacy.
Under the name ‘Daily Dollop’, the yoghurt for dogs is plain, low-fat and lactose-free.
The company claims it’s a healthy snack for dogs, with live cultures and probiotics for good digestion. As well as protein and calcium to help strengthen teeth and bones.
“At Chobani, we always strive for our products to be delicious, nutritious, natural and accessible and we’re so excited to now extend our range to include dogs!” Chobani Australia general manager Growth, Olivia Dickinson said.
Distribution will start in early September at Woolworths supermarkets across Australia.
