New additions to Voff’s board of directors
Three new members have joined the Swedish premium pet food manufacturer.
Stockholm-based Voff Premium Pet Food recently appointed Peter Pritchard, Andrea Skersies, and Paul Miley to the company’s director’s board.
Peter Pritchard, the former CEO of Pets at Home, is also chairman of the administrative board at Italian pet retailer Arcaplanet.
Andrea Skersies acts as an interim manager in e-commerce and pet-related businesses. She is also the former CMO of online pet retailer Zooplus.
Paul Miley is an independent consultant to the pet food industry and has held various positions within the industry, including the European Pet Food Industry Federation (FEDIAF) and Mars Petcare.
Asbjørn Mosgaard Hyldgaard, Chairman of the board at Voff Premium Pet Food, highlighted his faith in the new board members. “All 3 new board members have extensive experience from different areas of the pet industry and will be able to provide strong support to the company in the coming phase of its growth journey,” he said.
Earlier in the year, Voff appointed Anders Kristiansen as its new CEO, succeeding Mårten Bernow, who has held the post since 2019.
