Plaček Group opens its 300th pet store
After opening 50 stores this year, the retailer celebrates a big milestone, with more stores to come this year.
The store with 370m2 is located in shopping centre VIVO! Hostivař in Prague, Czech Republic.
This store is built with the latest Super zoo concept and it sells also live animals as aquarium fishes, terrarium animals, birds and small animals. All Super zoo stores in Prague are built only in retail park locations and this pet store is first one with a shopping centre concept in the country.
“This beautiful pet store with incredible number 300 is a great milestone on our exciting journey which seems like never ending. This calendar year we have already opened 50 stores and until the end of this year we will still open about 25 more units. Plaček Group operates 130 Super zoo and 6 Zoomarket stores in the Czech Republic. Slovakia counts 62 stores and Romania 2. In Poland, their 52 stores are branded Kakadu. In Latvia, in turn, you can find 46 stores and Russia has 2 Dino zoo stores.
